Ingredients

4 large eggs

A few shakes of Black Mineral Salt, to taste

2 Tbsp butter
Directions
Crack eggs in a bowl and beat well. Add a pinch of Black Mineral Salt and leave for a couple of minutes, as long as you can spare before the breakfast rush.
Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat, then pour in eggs. Using a silicone spatula, continuously push cooked edges into the center until egg mixture just barely sets into jiggly curds.
Cover and remove from the stove until everyone is ready to eat.
